Our Standard 5 YEARS WARRANTY * Plan includes the below major commonly addressed features.
- Leakage and Damage in Plumbing Pipe Connection
- Building and Foundation Dampness
- Floor Dampness due to Capillary raise.
- Roof and Structure Leakage.
- Any major structural cracks
- Electrical Components and Switches
* Terms And Conditions :
The 5 year warranty is considered Null and Void if,
- Cracks are caused due to External Forces or Alterations.
- Building Dampness or Floor Damping and Roof leak is caused due to Heavy Drilling or any Other Maintenance and Alterations.
- Any Structural Damage due to Change in Existing Structure / Expansion or Alterations.
Note: We kindly advise you to get proper guidance from us (Quarks Infra Promoters and Contractors) on all kinds of alterations and customisations done henceforth after the handover to the building to avoid any kind of liabilities or warranty disbarment.
