TI provides the strength for the heaviest aircraft to lift off from by building state-of-the-art runways incorporating CAT IIIB instrument landing systems and designing and constructing airside infrastructure for both greenfield and brownfield airports including taxiways, aprons, service roads, drainage systems, fire and fuel lines, ground lighting and much more. Well-diversified in terms of its product range and geography of operations, spread across India and various GCC countries, the business leverages its vast experience in Project Management, Engineering Design & Construction Management to achieve operational efficiency. Engineering Design Centres in Mumbai, Faridabad and Chennai, an Offshore Engineering Centre in Mumbai, Area Offices in India and GCC countries, a competency development centre at Kanchipuram and a Construction Skills Training Institute at Ahmedabad to train workmen together further enhance efficiencies. 

We are one of the leading players in Solar PV installations with a track record of having built some of India’s largest solar plants thanks to our proven EPC capabilities to offer economically viable and technically superior solutions. Our Renewables business has over the years gained expertise in different solar technologies to design and execute solar power plants and our comprehensive range of design and construction services includes Grid Connected PV (Utility Scale), Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) and microgrids and mega rooftops. We provide bid management services and load-flow study coordination for key clients and developers interested to bid for projects under various National and State policy tenders in a pre-bid alliance mode. We also offer complete end-to-end solutions including pre-feasibility analysis, economic feasibility analysis, technical assessment, land arrangement, solar farm site evaluation and selection, power purchase agreements and grid connectivity along with permits and regulatory approvals.
